I had the wonderful experience of working with Leslie and the team at Alpha Closet. They really give you the hands on personal treatment. Leslie made me feel more like family than a customer and if you want built-in closets or bookshelves, I can highly recommend their amazing team!
Just bought a queen size Murphy bed from Alpha closet and Murphy beds. We stopped by the store to finalize our selection of materials and handles for the bed. Very professional and courteous Alpha employee, Kim, provided samples of materials for the bed and a wide selection of handles for lowering of the Murphy bed into the down position. The operating hours shown on Goggle maps were not correct and I updated the opening time to 8:00am week days and 10:00am on Saturday.
Such a fantastic experience! Amy was amazing to work with and had great design ideas for our closets. The process was very streamlined and efficient. Love love love how it all turned out. Would use again and would definitely recommend!!

About Alpha Closets & Murphy Beds Inc
Alpha Closets & Murphy Beds Inc is a cabinet maker in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
What a cabinet maker in Gulf Breeze takes on
The trade here covers cabinet store sales, woodworking and countertop contracting, plus general construction. The company describes its scope as design, fabrication and installation, so one outfit owns the job from drawing to final fit. Its own description names built-in units, fold-down Murphy beds and fitted cabinetry as the core lines.
Room by room, the work runs through closets, wine storage and pantry cabinetry, with laundry and garage systems also on its service list. The website lists accessory fit-outs such as jewelry organizers, roll-out baskets and a fold-out ironing board. It says cabinets can carry crown moulding for a built-in finish.
In Gulf Breeze, 74 percent of homes heat with electricity, per the American Community Survey (2024). NOAA normals for 1991 to 2020 put the town at 1650 heating degree days and 2511 cooling degree days.
Where Alpha Closets & Murphy Beds puts its work
Closets are the volume line. The company reports more than 5000 closets and more than 500 Murphy beds installed, and says its cabinetry is built in Gulf Breeze by its own woodworkers. Installation stays in-house too: the site states its installers are company employees trained on every storage product it fits.
It works for homeowners across the western Panhandle, naming Walton, Escambia and Okaloosa among the counties it covers. The site says it stocks Spacemaker closet interiors and works with TAG Hardware on fittings.
It holds a 4.9 rating across 21 Google reviews. Reviewers most often credit the design help, staff who listen and tidy, efficient installs. One mentions slow updates on installation day, and another notes product at several price points.
The company states two trade memberships: the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals, plus the Home Builders Association of West Florida.
First contact runs through a free design consultation. The company says it can come to the home to show style, color and material options, with a showroom appointment in Gulf Breeze as the other route in.
