My experience with Liberty Duet was completely unprofessional and extremely frustrating. My partner and I arrived for an 11 a.m. tour, which was scheduled and CONFIRMED well in advance of the tour day. Upon arrival, no one was in the leasing office. We waited for 20 minutes, calling the leasing agent's number that was provided to us upon confirming the tour, with no response. Not even a simple "running late, be there soon!" After 25 minutes of waiting and with another tour at a different location coming up, we were forced to leave.

I moved into the apartments a few months ago, and I love everything about layout of my room, the proximity to food and the trax, and the safety of being so close to the police station. The Smiths grocery store is two blocks away, so I don't have to worry about planning my day around shopping. I would highly recommend these apartments to university students.

About Liberty Duet Apartments

Liberty Duet Apartments is an apartment rental agency in Salt Lake City that leases units in its own new building.

What an apartment rental agency in Salt Lake City takes on

An agency like this runs the leasing side of a residential building. Its own site lists in-person and virtual tours, an online application and a leasing office that handles pet fees and deposits. The work runs from the first showing through to move-in.

Utility gas heats 72% of homes in Salt Lake City, per the American Community Survey for 2024. The city logs 6288 heating degree days and 911 cooling degree days under NOAA normals for 1991-2020.

Where Liberty Duet Apartments puts its work

The company describes a boutique community built around one layout: two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with both bedrooms sized as masters. It names roommates, remote professionals and anyone who wants extra room as the fit. The description places the building in the Trolley Square district of downtown, with views of the city and the Wasatch Mountains.

Unit features the company lists include private balconies, quartz waterfall counters and large windows. Shared space includes an on-site fitness center and a rooftop deck with grills and TVs. The site says the property is pet friendly, with a pet relief area and a grooming station, and it states that assistance animals are welcome.

Liberty Duet Apartments holds a 4.2 rating across 44 Google reviews. Reviewers most often mention clean, quiet units, helpful staff and a location close to food, shopping and transit. Two of the low ratings concern slow replies from the office.

To start, the company says to contact the leasing office to book a tour, and its contact page states that tours run by appointment.
